We have devised an online competency and testing module. This module is nicknamed CAPTURE, which stands for Candidate Acquisition Pool Testing Under Real time Environment.
How does it work?
This technique uses key competency questions which relate specifically to the job. Candidates do not have to submit CV´s of résumés. Instead suitable candidates are requested to do a online test. Their scores are available in real time for trainers,human resource managers and line management.
The results provide exact information about competence and experience and may as well be used as a gap analysis for deployment and further training.
