Skilled Person Low Voltage + End Groups High Voltage

The RelyOn Quercus course NEN 3140 Skilled Person Low Voltage + End groups High Voltage (LV/HV) focuses on working safely on and around electrical installations. The course is supplemented with specific knowledge from the NEN 3840 high-voltage guideline, particularly on the commissioning and decommissioning of high-voltage motors and distribution transformers.

For effective operational management, the employer must ensure that employees are sufficiently electrotechnically competent to carry out their work adequately and safely. This course also covers the differences between high and low voltage in relation to operational management.

The Stipel learning outcomes from the STIPEL 20214:2017 certification scheme form the basis of this course. A Skilled Person LV + End Groups HV designation is increasingly required.
